billing and insurance information
Though we do not file insurance for our services, we can provide a super bill to be filed for reimbursement from your insurance provider. Payment for services are due on the day of the appointment and reimbursed funds are sent directly to the patient from the insurance company. All of our providers will be considered out of network.
