billing and insurance information
Though we do not file insurance for our services, we can provide a super bill to be filed for reimbursement from your insurance provider. Payment for services are due on the day of the appointment and reimbursed funds are sent directly to the patient from the insurance company. All of our providers will be considered out of network.
Q: What are the costs of appointments?
A: The initial one hour evaluation is $450 and follow up appointments lasting 20 to 30 minutes are $180 (Starting June 1, 2022 this rate will increase to $200). Some providers also offer one hour follow ups which costs $250 (Starting June 1, 2022 this rate will increase to $300).
Q: How much will my health insurance company reimburse?
A: It depends on which specific plan you have and where you are in your deductible.
Q: Are there insurance companies that will not reimburse?
A: To the best of our knowledge, Medicare/Medicaid are the only insurances that do not allow a patient file for reimbursement.
Q: Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA)?
Q: Can I use my Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
A: It depends on specifics of your plan. Some FSA are restricted to a specific provider or group.
Q: Can someone help me file?
A: We can provide you the information needed and assist you in filing. The first time can be a bit challenging with subsequent filings being much more streamlined.
