Dr. Raley provides comprehensive outpatient psychiatric evaluations in our clinic to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Following a thorough evaluation, he is able to provide feedback addressing diagnostic clarification, medication assessment, social impairments, and behavior problems. This can be done in the form of a second opinion for evaluation and feedback only, or he is able to provide a variety of treatment services. These services may include but are not limited to:
  • Medication management, when indicated
  • Individual psychotherapy
  • Assistance with behavior shaping strategies for parents and families
  • Family therapy
  • Recommendations for useful school-based services
Symptoms of many disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Major Depression, anxiety disorders, Autism-spectrum disorders, Disruptive Behavior Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia often overlap. Because of this, having an appropriate diagnosis is critical for recommending appropriate treatment. When patients need specific interventions beyond the scope of treatment in his clinic, he is able to make appropriate referrals and direct families and individuals to the type of help they need.

Dr. Raley attended medical school at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, graduating in 2005. He has completed training in Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry at the University of South Carolina/Palmetto Health Alliance, completing the last of these in 2011. He is currently board certified in Adult, Child & Adolescent, and Forensic Psychiatry.
